This is for the experienced home barista or even budding professional barista that needs to upgrade their skills and start to understand the 'why' behind the basics of making coffee.

If you like to experiment with those juicy light roasted single origins or want to draw out specific flavours from your favourite blend then understanding how to manipulate temperature and pressure on your machine is essential.

We will structure the session specific to your needs whatever they may be. Topics can range from improving latte art to adjusting brew pressures and pressure profiling techniques for better extraction single origin coffees.
